Admin Fee and deposit
There is a non-refundable registration fee of £40 to secure a place. A deposit equivalent to one month's fees is also required on enrolment.
Fees are payable one month in advance.
We prefer to set up monthly standing orders. Please come to an agreement with the Nursery Manager in advance if your have another preference.
Please give the Nursery Manager at least one month's notice, in writing, of any changes of attendance, including notice to leave. Failure to do so may result in your being charged the usual fees.
The nursery will give you at least one month's notice of any changes to the fee structure.
To secure a place for your child, a deposit of one month's fees is required which will be returned to you when your child leaves the nursery. However, if you have any outstanding fees, these will be deducted from the deposit.
Please be aware that if your child is absent (including absence for sickness or holidays) you are still liable for the fees over the period of absence.
Fees will be charged for Public Holidays (e.g. bank holidays) however you will not be charged on staff training days (three times a year).
It is important to note that your child's place is conditional on fees being paid in advance, and your child could lose his/her place at the nursery if you fall into arrears with the fees.
