KIDZ FIRST Nursery has joined the HAPPY Project. The HAPPY Project is an Early Year's health promotion initiative jointly funded by Barnet Primary Care Trust and the London Borough of Barnet. It is part of the Barnet Healthy Schools Scheme (BHSS) and the National Healthy School Standard (NHSS).
HAPPY aims to:
Encourage early years settings to provide a health promoting environment
Encourage a healthy lifestyle for the Under Fives
Promote positive attitudes and behaviour
Develop knowledge and skills of the Early Years Community
Enable equal access
