Children should be picked up promptly at the end of each session. If you or the usual carer anticipates that he/she will be late, please inform the nursery as soon as possible so adequate staff cover can be made. However there will be late fee charge.
Only those people on the registration form will be allowed to pick up any child. We would suggest at least 3 people who are most likely to pick up your child to be included on your application form. This is to safeguard your child. Under NO circumstances will your child be allowed to leave the premises unaccompanied or with any other person not indicated on your form. However, under unusual circumstances, we would accept a form of identification of the person after confirmation from you or a member of the family.
We will not release any child to anyone who appears unfit to look after a child, or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Where we are unable to contact you or a member of the family, we will get in touch with Social Services.
We reserve the right to charge interest on fees that have been unpaid. If after reminders, we reserve the right to terminate your child's place. Also a child's place can be terminated if there has been a breach of any other terms and conditions that are applicable to you.
